The High Times

The High Times is basically the charming little sister of an angry
older brother. Brand new, female fronted, with lots of energy, hymns
and melodies. Your first choice, if you want to get punched in the
face gently.

With the rage of TNT (Züri Brännt) in their stomachs and the ele-
gance of Blondie in their spinal cords, these four friends from

Züri decided after countless excessive nights to share their ad-
ventures with everybody and therefore formed The High Times.

Songs about ups and downs, songs that life has written, songs
that speak from the heart and that captivate you. The debut LP
“Heat“, released on Gunner Records, is about longings “I miss
you and I miss those nights, sometimes I even miss our fights“,
about the fear of failure “you‘re in good company, if you‘re tore
up inside“ but most of all about the desire for life, music and
great times – a homage to friendship: “Let‘s find our place,
we don‘t have to fit in, invite our friends, invite the best there
have ever been“.
